After we receive your order, we will verify whether the items are available in our stock. Since all our pieces are individually handmade and hand-painted by Tuscan artisans, there may be occasions when the item you selected is not immediately available and needs to be produced.

If production is required, we begin right away. Standard dinnerware is typically ready within 10–15 working days, while large orders may require up to 4–5 weeks.

For orders placed after December 1st, we will do our very best to deliver in time for the Christmas holidays, but due to the high volume of seasonal orders, we cannot guarantee holiday delivery.

We take great care when packaging all of our handcrafted items and we do everything possible to ensure that your package will arrive at your home safely. This often requires extra packing materials and a careful consideration of the number of items in each box, adding to the overall expense of shipping. If your package does arrive damaged, please notify us immediately and keep all of the original packing materials.
