After your order we will determine if the items are ready in our stock. As all our pieces are  individually hand-made and hand-painted by Tuscan artists. Sometimes it can  happen that what your purchase is not available so it needs to be made. The production will start immediately and the dinnerware normally will be ready within 10/15 working days.

For orders made after December 1st we will try to deliver for the Christmas holidays but we cannot guarantee it due to the high volume of orders received.

We take great care when packaging all of our handcrafted items and we do everything possible to ensure that your package will arrive at your home safely. This often requires extra packing materials and a careful consideration of the number of items in each box, adding to the overall expense of shipping. If your package does arrive damaged, please notify us immediately and keep all of the original packing materials.

We use for most of our package UPS or Fedex Express . The delivery should arrive within 3-5 days depending from your location. Most orders with ready pieces are processed and shipped within three days. Customs duties may apply according to your country’s regulations.
